Chef Mark Tran

This new offering will be managed by Prime Fish and rendered by Chef Mark Tran. Chef Mark brings a wealth of experience to the table, with 12 years of sushi making under his belt.

Chef Mark found his calling in the sushi world while working at his first Japanese restaurant. Chef Mark has since worked at a number of Charlotte area sushi restaurants, one of which being where he first met Prime Fish’s Executive Chef Robin. Connected by a passion for making quality sushi and providing authentic dining experiences, Chef Mark and Chef Robin shared expertise and Chef Mark began an apprenticeship that continues to this day. Under Chef Robin's tutelage, Chef Mark has elevated his skills to be able to provide the highest quality sushi.

Home Omakase will offer 15 courses of the finest sushi delights at a price of $225 per person (minimum 4 attendees). Home Omakase will be offered on Saturdays, and reservations can be booked by clicking Here or by searching "Home Omakase by Prime Fish" in the Tock app.
